Welcome to FRAZX PRO ("we", "our", "us"). By accessing or using our website at frazxpro.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use FRAZX PRO.

FRAZX PRO provides free AI prompt-generation tools (including Cinematic Vision and Portrait Transformer) and a community gallery where users can browse, upload, and share AI-generated images, ad posters, and stock photos along with their prompts.

FRAZX PRO does not generate images or videos itself. It generates and hosts text prompts intended to be used with third-party AI image/video generation tools (such as Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, or Leonardo AI).

You may browse FRAZX PRO without an account. To upload content or interact as a contributor, you must create a free account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when creating your account
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Be responsible for all activity under your account
• Notify us of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

When you upload images, prompts, or other content ("Content") to FRAZX PRO:

• You retain ownership of your Content
• You grant FRAZX PRO a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, distribute, and promote your Content on the platform
• You confirm you have the right to upload the Content and that it does not infringe on anyone else's copyright or rights
• You are solely responsible for the Content you upload

You may not upload content that is illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, infringes on intellectual property rights, or otherwise violates these Terms. We reserve the right to remove any Content at our discretion.

Prompts provided or generated on FRAZX PRO are intended for use with third-party AI generation tools that we do not own or control. We do not guarantee:

• That any prompt will produce a specific or expected result
• The availability, pricing, or terms of any third-party AI tool you use the prompt with
• That third-party AI tools comply with any particular law or policy

You are responsible for complying with the terms of service of any third-party tool you use.

The FRAZX PRO name, logo, website design, and original written content are the property of FRAZX PRO. Prompts and images uploaded by users remain the property of their respective creators, subject to the license described in Section 4.

You agree not to:

• Use FRAZX PRO for any unlawful purpose
• Upload malicious code, spam, or attempt to disrupt the service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, servers, or data
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute the platform's content at scale without permission
• Impersonate any person or entity

FRAZX PRO is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FRAZX PRO and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to results generated using our prompts on third-party AI tools.

We may suspend or terminate your access to FRAZX PRO at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of FRAZX PRO after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
